Lacrosse is a family tradition starting with Tracy’s father who played in college and passed down the love to her sons. Tracy always picked up the stick and challenged the men in her life. Her only wish, there was women’s lacrosse when she was in high school.

Thank you to my cousin Paige Amidon for taking me to the Uticuse Hellbenders Rugby practice to try out the game. It was a really great time with some fabulous athletic and fun women! Yes, my thighs hurt a bit!

The Keuka College Women’s Field Hockey Team and eight women entrepreneurs after our lessons, scrimmage, and networking time together. It was AMAZING!

Thanks to the guys at the Institute of Professional Wrestling for tossing me around the ring and showing me Pro Wrestling is the real deal!
