Tracy is a two-time female entrepreneur with her companies Five Star Events and Women TIES, LLC, spanning 1995- 2026. She is considered a pioneer in women's entrepreneurship in CNY. She was named the “Small Business Administration’s Women in Business Champion” twice. In 2017, Tracy took 120 women to the Women’s March in DC and added an Equality Division to her company.

Born to physical education teachers and coaches, sports have been an integral part of Tracy’s life. In 2017, she upped her involvement in sports by creating a Women’s Athletic Network and committing to try every sport once in her lifetime. Her list of accomplished sports is close to 100. She also became an advisor for Kathrine Switzer’s international running organization, #261Fearless.org.
2026 Filmmaker “Me Too, Sugar Daddy”

She is a published author of “Under the Rose-Colored Hat,” a twenty-year blogger, and an 11-year Syracuse Post-Standard columnist. In 2026, Tracy turned her attention to screenwriting and adapted her #MeToo childhood story into a short film titled “Me Too, Sugar Daddy,” which she produced, directed, and starred in. It premieres in late 2026.
